The Guardian Corps is structured into three (3) distinct categories of uniformed services:
- The Enlisted Guardians (Gs)
- Guardian Warrant Officers (GWOs)
- Commissioned Officers (COs)
Enlisted Guardians
The backbone of The Guardian Corps, Enlisted Guardians are tasked with executing orders, maintaining 360-degree security, and guaranteeing the accomplishment of their unit’s mission. Here are the requirements to become an Enlisted Guardian:
Age: between 17 – 35 years old.
Medical, Moral, Physical: Physically, medically fit, and in good moral standing.
Background Check: Basic Law enforcement background check.
Note: Candidates over the age of 35 requires interview and approval of the Commander General of the Guardian Corps after passing the medical, physical, and background check.
GUARDIAN WARRANT Officers (GWO)
Guardian Warrant Officers are seasoned and adept professionals within The Guardian Corps, a specialized security force committed to safeguarding both Guardians and clients from internal and external threats. Warrant Officers in The Guardian Corps occupy a distinctive role that merges technical prowess, leadership qualities, and combat proficiency. Tasked with delivering crucial assistance in diverse operational capacities like medical, piloting cutting-edge spacecraft, supervising intricate missions, and offering strategic counsel to senior officers,
Medical, Moral & Physical: Physically, medically, and fit in good moral standing.
Rank Pre-requisite: Must be between the rank of Staff Sergeant (G-5) to Master Sergeant (7) at the time of application with Exceptional service and record. Recruits with specialized certificates such as Registered Nurses (RN) are exempt from the enlisted rank pre-requisite.
Education: Primary school diploma, technical and vocational specialist, OND holder, HND, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or higher professional degree.
Background Check: Basic Law Enforcement Background Check. Advance background check as required.
COMMISSIONED OFFICERS (GO)
Leaders of The Guardian Corps, Guardian Officers are entrusted with crucial decision-making responsibilities and the safety of The Guardians under their command. Below are the requirements for becoming a commissioned Officer:
CDT: Must have completed Commander Don Tactica (CDT).
Age: At least 21- 31 at the time of commission.
Medical, Moral & Physical: Physically medically and fit in good moral standing.
Education: A University graduate, HND holder, equivalent, or higher professional degree.
Backgorund Check: Basic Law Enforcement Background Check. Advance background check as required.
Note: Candidates over the age of 31 requires interview and approval of the Commander General of The Guardian Corps after passing the medical, physical, and background check.
GUARDIAN COMMAND ACADEMY
Elevating leaders from tactical to strategic thinkers. Our academy is designed to prepare Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officers, Guardian Warrant Officers, and Commissioned Officers for leadership roles in The Guardian Corps conducting unified operations. Our curriculum focuses on transitioning leaders of The Guardian Corps from a tactical mindset to an operational and strategic perspective, equipping them with the skills needed for senior leadership positions in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational organizations, as well as at battalion, brigade, division, corp, state, region, country, intercontinental, and international levels.
