About The Guardian Corps (T.G.Corps)

We’ve received several inquiries regarding the legitimacy of T.G.Corps. We want to assure the public that transparency is at the heart of our mission to build trust and credibility.

T.G.Corps is an established Private Security Force, founded in 2023 by a former U.S. Army personnel, Commander General of The Guardian Corps (CGGC) Michael T.O. Heavens (Commander Don)). We are fully registered and operate under the legal entity Elite Guardians Limited, with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration number RC7192195.

We are also fully licensed as a Category A security provider under the Private Guard Company Act (Cap. 367) with license number NSCDC/NHQ/PGC/2024/500157.

Enlistment Registration Process

All candidates seeking enlistment into T.G.Corps must complete the first phase of the registration process by clicking the Begin Registration Button at the end of this page.

Phase 1: Enlistment Registration
  1. Complete the Phase 1 online application form.
  2. Make the registration fee payment as follows:
    • Account Name: Elite Guardian Limited Recruitment Registration
    • Account Number: 2047302822
    • Bank Name: First Bank
    • Registration Fee: ₦7,000
  3. Upload your proof of payment (receipt) on the registration portal.

Note: Ensure all information provided is accurate. Use “Nil” or “Not Applicable” where necessary — no field should be left blank.


Phase 2: Payment Confirmation
  • Wait for an email confirming your payment.
  • You will then receive the Enlistment Application Form, along with other required forms, to proceed to the next stage of your registration.
  • At this point, ensure all required documents are ready for upload.

Phase 3: Selection Process & Physical Evaluation

Qualified applicants will be contacted by a representative of T.G.Corps at least seven (7) days in advance to report for the Selection Process, which includes both Medical and Physical Evaluations to determine readiness for Guardianship.

Medical Evaluation

Conducted by the Guardian Medical Corps (GMC) to assess overall health and medical fitness.

Physical Evaluation

Applicants must meet the following minimum physical standards:

  • Push-ups: 35 (male) / 25 (female) – within 1 minute
  • Sit-ups: 35 (male) / 30 (female) – within 1 minute
  • Pull-ups: Minimum of 2 (all applicants)

Guardianship Basic Training (GBT)

Candidates selected to enlist in T.G.Corps will undergo an intensive 7-week Guardian Basic Training (GBT) and Fied Training Exercise (FTX) designed to prepare them for professional service and responsibility.

Accommodation & Feeding

During the training period, all trainees will be provided with accommodation and meals at no cost.

Graduation & Deployment

Upon successful completion of training, Guardians will be deployed to assigned duty stations. Accommodation will also be provided at these locations.

Leave Policy

Guardians are entitled to 2 leave days per month, totaling 24 leave days annually, excluding weekends.

Officer Commission Pathway

Applicants who hold OND, HND, BSc, or higher academic qualifications and are interested in becoming commissioned officers must: Successfully complete the 7-week Guardianship Basic Training. Serve for a minimum of one year in T.G.Corps before becoming eligible to apply for officer commissioning.

Note: Please confirm all benefits, terms, and conditions with the Guardian Human Resource Command (GHRC).

  • Provide details of three (3) referees.
  • Complete the Next of Kin Information section.
  • If under 18 years, ensure parent/guardian certification is completed.
  • Complete the Education Information section.
  • Applicants must have basic English language comprehension.

Enlistment Contract

Enlisting in T.G.Corps requires signing an enlistment contract for a period of three (3) years. Upon completion of this initial term, a Guardian may choose to either re-enlist for another three-year term or exit Guardianship.

Guarantor/Sponsorship Requirements

Training to become a Guardian is a significant investment by T.G.Corps. As such, the following guarantor conditions must be met:
  • Submit two (2) completed Guarantor/Sponsorship statements.
  • Each Guarantor must be willing to guarantee the applicant for up to ₦500,000, in the event the applicant fails to fulfill the 3-year contract.
  • Guarantors must:
    • Be employed in the public sector or a blue-chip organization.
    • Provide a valid ID (e.g., International Passport, National ID Card, Driver’s License, etc.).
Note: Your application will only be approved after T.G.Corps confirms your guarantors by phone.

Required Documents:

  • Six (6) recent passport photographs of the applicant.
  • A valid means of identification (e.g., International Passport, National ID, Driver’s License).
  • One (1) passport photograph of a guarantor.
  • Educational certificates (as applicable):
    • Leaving school certificate
    • Secondary school certificate
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or other diplomas

Guardian Enlisted (Gs)

Enlisted/Non-Commissioned Officers: The backbone of T.G.Corps, Enlisted Guardians are tasked with executing orders, maintaining 360-degree security, and guaranteeing the accomplishment of their unit’s mission.

  • Private (PVT): N70,000
  • Lance Corporal (L/CPL): N80,000
  • Corporal (CPL) – Team Leader, 6 Guardians: N90,000
  • Sergeant (SGT) – Assistant Platoon Sergeant: N100,000
  • Staff Sergeant (SSG) – Station Sergeant: N130,000
  • Sergeant First Class (SFC) – Company Sergeant, 5 Station Sergeants: N170,000
  • Master Sergeant (MSG) – Battalion Sergeant, Zone Master Sergeant: N220,000

Guardian Warrant Officers: are seasoned and adept professionals within T.G.Corps, a specialized security force committed to safeguarding both Guardians and clients from internal and external threats. Warrant Officers in T.G.Corps occupy a distinctive role that merges technical prowess, leadership qualities, and combat proficiency. Tasked with delivering crucial assistance in diverse operational capacities like supervising intricate missions, and offering strategic counsel to senior officers, Guardian Warrant Officers undergo intensive training and showcase outstanding competence in their specialized domains. Their expertise and dedication make them invaluable assets in ensuring the defense and protection of Guardians and clients alike.

Occupational Allowance is an additional allowance, on top of the basic salary, given to Guardians with specialized skills, vocations, or expertise that align with the needs and interests of T.G.Corps.

Important Notice: Beware of Fraudulent Application Forms

It has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals are duplicating and selling counterfeit Guardian Corps application forms at inflated prices. These activities are being conducted without the approval of T.G.Corps.

Notably, a former member, Sani Rahimudeen, who was dishonorably discharged for engaging in fraudulent acts, has been impersonating the Office of the Commander General of The Guardian Corps to scam potential applicants out of large sums of money.

To protect yourself, only obtain application forms directly from T.G. Corps‘ office, located at: His Grace Pavilion Estate, Close 9, House 4, Apo, Abuja.

We have implemented strict measures to maintain accurate records of every official form issued. Any form not obtained through our official office will be rejected.
