Affiliate Field Validation & Selection (AFVS) PROGRAM

The Guardian Academy Executive Protection Agents (EPA) Affiliate Field Validation & Selection (AFVS) Training is a 6-day controlled evaluation program designed to validate Guardian Academy standards and selectively identify individuals suitable for progression into structured protective pathways.

This training exists to:

Validate Guardian Academy Executive Protection standards under real pressure
Select qualified individuals into the Guardian Executive Protection Agents (EPA) Pathway
Establish a vetted pool of EPA Affiliates
Screen high-potential candidates for possible progression into the Guardian Protective Pathway (GPS)
Prepare selected individuals for Compensated Field Training Exercises (FTX)
Demonstrate, through performance, why Guardian Academy training commands premium value

This program delivers ₦500,000 worth of Executive Protection training exposure at no cost to selected participants.

Note: This training selects EPA Affiliates and screens high-potential candidates for the Guardian Protective Pathway (GPS).

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Mental Readiness

Participants must demonstrate emotional control, sound judgment, and the ability to operate under pressure. Discipline and situational awareness are mandatory.

Physical Readiness

Applicants must be physically fit and able to sustain movement, controlled exertion, and extended periods of standing. Training involves physically demanding drills, and duties may require lifting loads exceeding 10 pounds.

Medical Readiness

Participants must be medically fit for intensive training. Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to enrollment.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants must submit all required documents as part of the AFVS application and selection process. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Valid Identification (e.g. International Passport, Drivers Licence,etc.)
National Identification Number (NIN)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Minimum Age: 21 years

Communication: Speak and understand english

Note: Anyone who does not meet the minimum requirements but wishes to register must obtain prior approval from the Commander General of The Guardian Corps (CGGC), Michael T.O. Heavens (Commander Don).

PHYSICAL ENTRY STANDARD

Minimum requirement:

30 push-ups (1 min)
30 sit-ups (1 min)
2 pull-ups

Note: Failure = disqualification.

AFVS is a filter.
EPA is earned.
GPS is rare.
